COTTAGE # 2

2-Bedroom cottage (sleeping loft) at the beach.

This cottage sits about 40 feet from the water’s edge. It is heated electrically. There is parking for one car near the cottage, any additional cars park in the parking area.

There is one bedroom, a 4-piece bath, and combined kitchen/living area on the main floor. The second bedroom is a sleeping loft accessed by a set of stairs. This cottage has one double bed, and two singles with a maximum capacity of four people (including children/infants). The beds have pillows and mattress covers. If you have requested bedding we will supply sheets, pillow cases and blankets. You will need to bring towels – personal, kitchen and beach.

Cottage equipment includes full size fridge and stove, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, toaster and a coffee maker (permanent filter). There is also a radio (no T.V.). Being a housekeeping cottage means you supply your own paper products (i.e. paper towels, toilet tissue), food and personal care items.

Outside on the deck you have a gas BBQ and comfortable lawn chairs.

One the main floor is one bedroom, a 4-piece bath, kitchen, and a combined living/dining area with fireplace. Firewood is available at no charge. They also have a balcony. The lower level has the other two bedrooms with a door out to the docking area.

This cottage offers a fantastic view of the bay and river and is only 150 feet from the beach. It is heated electrically. This cottage has one queen size bed, and two singles with a maximum capacity of four people (including children/infants). The kitchen, dining/living area is bright and open. The bathroom has a shower, no tub.
